Personal Training & group fitness
Michelle is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in low impact, high burn workouts. Live group workouts are offered weekly on Instagram live, and are saved for 48 hours on the MichLWellness IGTV. The classes are between 30-45 minutes long, with the intention of providing quick and efficient workouts. If you’re looking for something a little more personalized, one-on-one personal training and private group fitness classes are available on Zoom. Take classes from the comfort of your own home, and get the individualized attention you need, or be part of something bigger and enjoy the energy of a group Zoom class.
Holistic Health Coaching
Know you want to start your health and wellness journey, but not sure where to start? I can help you. I offer health coaching services which are a 1:1 way to identify your goals, work through an action plan, and have the support you need along the way to achieving them. Health coaching services address both your primary health and your secondary health, in order to create the 365 MichLWellness approach.
